Thanks for watching the video. Below you will find some of the documents that I referred to throughout the video. Once again, thanks to all of you, who helped to defer the costs associated with the purchase of George Foster’s letters to Bonnie by upgrading to a paid subscription. Your support made it possible for me to preserve what I believe to be a unique and important archival collection.

Here is the series of the wallet-sized portraits that George mailed to Bonnie.

Bonnie’s photograph, which she mailed to George, has not survived, but I did find a college graduation photo taken in 1915, just a few years after their correspondence ended.

I am in the process of transcribing all of the letters and learning more about George and Bonnie. Eventually, I hope to publish something about their relationship and the broader story that these letters helps to elucidate.
