I used to work in downtown Columbia, TN (The headquarters for the CSV.) they'd let them be involved with any parade or event, it's disgusting. It's on local city councils and the organizations that sponsors these parades to finally put their foot down. Sadly though, many within these organizations are also members of the SCV.
They wouldn't have lasted a day on a Civil War battlefield.
